2 Types of Learning: Learning something new and Learning to Change
Of the two types of learning, learning something new is relatively easy compared to learning to change. There are some surface things you may be able to change, but at the core, change is almost impossible. Use the earth as an example.  The “Core” changes rarely, however the “Crust” changes much more often.
